I've been thinking about picking up the Audio-Technica ATH-M70x headphones for mixing and monitoring. I've read that they offer really detailed and accurate sound reproduction, which is what I'm aiming for. However, I've also heard some mixed reviews regarding their comfort during long sessions and whether they're worth the extra cost compared to the M50x.
For those who own or have tried them, how has your experience been? Are they a significant step up from the M50x in terms of sound quality? Also, how do they hold up in terms of comfort and durability for extended use? Would you recommend them, or do you think there are better alternatives in the same price range?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences!
